In the rare event that your furniture is built with a defect we will repair or replace it. Our finishes are applied by hand with a fine brush. Please understand we craft custom furniture by hand, and therefore, do not consider characteristics of handmade furniture as defects. Please see our "what do we mean by lifetime legacy furniture in our FAQ. As long as items are properly noted upon delivery using our instructions, Ricketts Design Co. will replace items damaged in delivery. We are not able to offer refunds or returns that have been shipped due simply to buyers remorse.
